Desk Clock: The Clock Is Ticking

I've got this nasty habit of losing track of time. I easily get distracted. One minute I'm working, the next minute I'm watching TV. And before I know it, I've lost two hours... two precious hours which I can never bring back.
So now, using my organizer, I work with a clock in front of me to constantly remind me time is ticking away. In fact, using a whiteboard marker, I even scribble notes on the clock, as I will discuss later.
Here's a tip : It's actually a good sign if I start feeling bad about wasted time, especially after I realize how much each hour is worth.
