LESSONS FROM THE PAST #5: Don't Count Your Chicks Before They Hatch





My father would always tell me this. And he's got a point. A lot can really happen between projection to commission: a prospect may back out; a competitor gets the project; prices go up; stocks may not be available; payments take too long; checks bounce...ONLY when I got my check safely stashed away in my pocket can I consider a sale a sale.
