LESSONS FROM THE PAST #7: Never Lose Sight of Your Goal

Just recently I read this E-mail about a swimmer who attempted to cross the English Channel but had to give up halfway because the fog was so thick she could not see her goal.

Often I would be so positive when I start a project, only to bog down later when I get distracted, encounter problems, or simply lose interest.

In the face of adversities and disappointments, I need to constantly remind myself what my goal is and why I need to strive hard to achieve it. I need to see beyond the fog.
