LET'S START GOALKEEPING



Here's a little tip I learned from way, way back. It helps me focus on my goal. And believe me, it works!
  • Print and cut this.
  • Paste a picture of your goal right in the center. You might want to start off with a relatively easy goal that you can accomplish within 30 to 60 days.
  • Always make it a point to look at your goal everyday - in the morning as you wake up and at night just before you retire.
You might even want to chant the magic words several times : "You're mine in 2009!". Just make sure no one's looking or they might think you're going loco.

if you lose 1 pound a week, you'll be slim before valentine's. 1 pound a week...that's your mini-mini-goal
