Although a team may be united in the quest for a common GOAL, oftentimes team members will have different and conflicting points of view. Rather than argue and divide the team, the best approach to this sticky situation would be to COMPROMISE - respect each one's point of view and see how best to resolve the issue in a win-win scenario. Where two ideas clash, compromise to find a middle ground both sides can agree on.
