KIDSTUFF

Either by force of circumstance or by sheer determination, some of the super rich we know today actually started very young on their road to success.

Barely in their teens, Manny Villar sold fish, Warren Buffet delivered newspapers, and John Gokongwei sold soap and candles. Humble beginnings of future business icons.

What's my point? It's never too early to start a goal. In fact, the earlier we realize the importance of setting our life's goals, the better chance we have of realizing those goals early.

How I wish I had realized this truth twentysome years ago when I was still young and confident and cocky and full of hope. Somehow, age dampens cockiness.

Kids, start setting goals... get good grades, save money, make your folks proud. These are nice goals you can start with.
