In 1992, Pat Watkins, the nicest boss I ever had, set a goal that I complained was a bit too high for me. He leaned towards me and said , " Go aim for that goal. If you fall short, at least you'd still hit something high." Although I did fall short that year, it was definitely a very productive year for me! Thanks Pat!
